Vestige Catering & Di z’urts
Vestige Catering & Di z’urts is the food service subsidiary of Remnant International. Because of Prophet Cornelius Culinary Experience, it is our desire to expand into the Bakery & Restaurateur Industry. We have done extensive research on costs and market demands to ensure we have covered our ground to properly pursue this industry. Vestige Catering & Di z’urts has already begun catering and will continue to do so until capital is raised to officially open as a restaurant in the Chicago Land Area. The entities of Vestige are:
1. Vestige Catering (Officially Launched August 2009)
2. Vestige Di z’urts with an Assumed Name (The Cookie Boutique) will officially launch our cookie line October 2011. Our Deluxe Chocolate Chip Cookie will be the feature of this line, putting us on the global map as one of the leaders in the realm of gourmet pastry and baked goods. Our marketing strategy will be included in our Strategy and Implementation Summary.
3. Vestige Soul Café– this is our high end restaurant that will serve the best of southern cuisine. The environment will be urban, trendy and full of the culture that derived from the Southern Heritage as an African American people. We will offer as our cuisine focus, Creole and Cajun dishes, that represents the Gulf Area of the United States. By offering these dishes and flavors, we feel will capture the strongest dining experience that is most popular in the Gulf Region and introducing a more perfected experience to only surpass Southern Cuisine the North currently offers. We anticipate launching in Fall 2013.
